You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Submit the form below and our Data Protection Officer will verify your request before acting on it.

What happens next

  • We email you to confirm we received the request.
  • We verify your identity using the information you provide.
  • We respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time.

Limits on removal

Some records must be retained under pharmacovigilance, clinical trial and other legal obligations. If we cannot delete a record, we will tell you why.
